Order
You can choose to order here in the shop, via email info@giftsell.de
The logo can be uploaded here on the page if you want to order here or you can send it together with the order via email. The logo must be sent in an ai, eps or pdf and the file must be a printable vector based file.

Sample
Do you like the item and the price? And is it only the quality of the item you are in doubt? Then you can order a sample before you make your final order.

Proof
We will print your items only after you have approved the review. Once we receive your order, you will receive proofs, typically within a few hours and no later than 24 hours after (there may be more or less time spent on printing, but we typically expect to be able to send proof within 24 hours). Production is only started when the proof is approved and the delivery times apply only after the proof has been approved. Once the review is approved, we cannot make any changes.

Delivery times
On all items you can see an expected delivery time. However, we can often help if you have urgent cases and you want delivery earlier than we inform - you just have to inform when you order.
 
Production
We make reservations for above and below production of between + -5%. (it is very rare it happens and it is not on all goods but can happen on some productions). The correct number will be invoiced.
