1. How quickly will I receive my items?
We have a short production time, which we inform you about for each item in the respective item description. Shipping via DHL or GLS typically takes one day within Germany.
Example:
- Print keychains "Standard" - production time four to five business days plus one day for shipping
- Model C pens with engraving - production time two to three business days plus one day for shipping
2. Where are the items printed?
We print all our items at giftsell.de at our headquarters in Poland in Szczecin. This ensures that we provide you with high-quality promotional materials and meet our own high standards of quality.
3. What secure payment methods do you offer?
We offer various secure and convenient payment methods. Choose from prepayment by bank transfer, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, or PayPal.

4. What design options do I have?
Designing is free!
- Buy your desired product in the first step
- Send us your desired graphic design
or
- Send us information about the design you want to create
- This could be your logo, address, URL, or slogan
- Our professional graphic designer will then create a layout for you
- We will send you the layout for review and approval
- After your approval, production will proceed immediately using the chosen printing method
5. I am a reseller, can I get a discount?
Every reseller receives an 8% discount to start. To receive it, please mark yourself as a reseller during registration in our giftsell.de shop. We offer higher discounts after discussion if you purchase items worth €10,000 or more in three consecutive months. |
